Workouts are very high quality personal training sessions focusing on the total body. Sessions last from 30 minutes to one hour unless otherwise requested. Exercise routines work all muscle groups and can easily be modified for people of all ages and fitness levels. Our training methods achieve fast results and have proven to speed up the rehabilitation process after suffering a major injury.
Clients are seen on an appointment basis and work solely with personal trainers during all training sessions. Circuit Training classes, which last for thirty minutes are also available for clients who are on tight schedules.

All So High Sports and Fitness personal trainers have gone through extensive training with Charles Austin and are very knowledgeable and personable. Our personal training services are by appointment only and personal training sessions range from 30 minutes to one hour. Short on Time? Looking for a 30 minute total body workout that will whip you into shape, try our circuit training. Circuit Training is available Monday thru Saturday. Monday through Friday, from 12:00pm to 1:00pm and 6:00pm to 7:00pm., Saturday from 10:00am to 11:00am. We encourage you to come every day!
